FY2010 Hiring Freeze Personnel and Budget Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost

On July 27, 2009, President Mote announced that a hiring freeze for all State-supported positions has been reinstituted.  The freeze applies to all divisions of the University.  This action is in response to the State's declining budget situation.       President Mote delegated to the Vice Presidents the authority to grant exceptions to the hiring freeze in their respective divisions.  In the Division of Academic Affairs, requests for exceptions will be processed electronically using a new online system.
